'Gypsy' Memorial

Another of the groups targeted by Hitler and the Nazis were the 'Gyspy' groups of Central and Eastern Europe.  Forced into concentration camps and later murdered in large numbers, they have erected this memorial near the Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag to honor the victims.  Very symbolic with the peaceful waters, message ringing the pool, and stones scattering outwards with the names of concentration and extermination camps along with other destinations they members of the 'Gypsy' groups were sent.  Changes one's thinking just a bit.
