Room of Silence

Contained in the base of the Brandenburg Gate (directly to the right of the gate in the second photo...just happened to be getting the full share of afternoon sun) the room was very powerful.  Double heavy glass doors lead you into a virtually silent room amid all of the touristy hubbub happening directly outsisde.  The room is decorated to be clearly non-denominational.  Spent my time thinking about my mother, thinking about thinking, and then not thinking at all.
(and it was the first place with an informational paper in Korean...glad we asked)
