Unidentified Monument

Making our way towards the Victory Column and stopped for a quick snap of this other large monument.  Not sure but it might be the memorial to all of the Soviet soldiers who died here fighting during WWII.  If that is the case, surprised that it is both so large and that it survived to present day.
