These tasty snacks dominate the vendor shacks in the center of Kazimierz District, the Jewish Quarter.  Loaded with toppings of your choice for about $1.50-$3.00 a piece.  They also come with a twenty five cent can of Pepsi.  The closest description I have heard is a pizza/baked open sandwich.  Could eat them every day if we had the chance.  Have made excuses to walk 20 minutes out of our way to buy one more than once.
