Interesting to see this set-up. Essentially green fencing with brass screws loosely dangling through the spaces. Arranged carefully one can spell out names, words, even draw pictures.
This young girl seemed quite unattended and she was pulling out screws and throwing them all over the square. I tried to tell her, 'No, no'. She ignored me until another man making something on the panel scolded her in Latvian. Uhm...parents..anyone...anywhere??
(Saw her later at the restaurant in another part of old town, not sure we ever did see her parents)
