Cold Beet and Cucumber Soup

Beautiful color, tasty as heck, and healthy to boot.  If Jihye and Roberts doesn' open a restaurant, well they are just throwing away millions of easy dollars (or lats, or Euro, or won, etc...).
Basically a cold soup to counter the hot summer days, made with kefirs (extra-aged milk), beets, cucumbers, diced sausages.  We added hard-boiled eggs and some bread.  Bon appetit!
