Homemade Breakfast in Riga, Latvia

Jihye is still a wizard in the kitchen, she whipped up a helluva egg omelette this morning.  Tasted magical as always.  Regrettably I did not take a photo of the rice and sausage/mushroom/ketchup (from Vladivostok, Russia)/shredded cabbage/pepper paste concoction she created tonight.  How she does it, I will certainly never know.  But thank god she can...or I would even more certainly starve to death.
