Just a look at the public transportation available in Riga, Latvia. Quite similar to what we found in Tallinn, Estonia and Vilnius, Lithuania too. Seems very simple and common to take public transportation here, that or many of our hosts and people we meet ride bikes. Once again...in this regard it does seem better here in Europe.

Public Transportation in Riga, Latvia
Just a look at the public transportation available in Riga, Latvia. Quite similar to what we found in Tallinn, Estonia and Vilnius, Lithuania too.
