Some of the ingredients we will use tonight for making sushi. Roberts has never made sushi before although he had already been planning on trying it, so to our good fortune he has a great deal of the necessary ingredients here at his home. Jihye was fascinated by the 'European' sushi rice, vacuum-sealed tight into a solid brick of rice. You can even hear the air rush out as you cut open the plastic and the grains relax and separate once again into the more typical 'bag' of rice. Can't wait for sushi!
