Arriving in Hanoi

Welcomed by the standard Hanoi cabbie with a meter running at triple the normal speed…Jihye got the chance to rip him a new one as she quickly noticed it and wouldn't stand for it.  Methinks she has had enough of the Vietnamese malfeasance.
