Westerners' reviews of the city were all about the party scene and the abundance of easily accessible and wide variety of drugs. Koreans' (and I assume other Eastern) reviews exclusively mentioned the natural beauty and casual, relaxing mood of the city. I'm fortunate that at this point I'm pretty evenly split between the two.
