The Party Gets Wilder

With every street party seeming to have stacked up case after case of beer and other alcohols, it was little surprise when things started getting wilder as the night went on, and the light-hearted tossing of water started to become a contest to see who could hit people the hardest with the largest amount of water.  People were opening car doors and tossing water inside, cars were hit with the pots and pails of water, people started tossing baby powder mixed into the water, colored water started staining clothes and cars, and the festivities started to edge on being a riot that didn't slow down until well into the night.  In other words, a blast!
