First Chicken Breast in over 3 Years!!!

Jihye had her first chicken breast, along with some fries and a roll, in over three years at 'Lido', a traditional Latvian restaurant.  She lathered it in dill sauce, and seemed to enjoy it quite a bit. (although she liked the dill sauce more)
She has been a will-powered vegetarian for over three years, but is sampling meats as we travel the world.
A direct quote from Jihye post-breast, "It tastes better than I remember, but I will be a vegetarian again after this trip."  That's fine...more meat for me!!
