Memorial Statue at the Holocaust Museum

Here is a memorial statue for a Japanese diplomat who disregarded his superiors direct orders and issued 2,139 visas in about one month's time in order to save Jews from a certain death.  Both this and a memorial to a Dutch diplomat who did a very similar thing were erected outside of the Holocaust Museum here in Vilnius, Lithuania.
