Seems you have to ask to get in the place, the main gate from the street was closed the entire time. We happened to pass by as another woman was unlocking it and tried to stick our heads in. The staff was really friendly and we had the entire place to ourselves to look around. Not sure why the passive discouragement of making a visit.
