Winch System

These monasteries used to contain nothing modern, the only way to access them was to somehow climb up the sheer rock face.  In order to hoist up supplies and people they used this winches.  Cannot imagine the patience, resolve, determination, and courage.  I suppose that's why I live in 2013 and not 1313.
