The streets are pretty congested and chaotic many places around Dubai, but this morning's ride was just too much. A 20-30 min. ride took us nearly two hours. Left us running trying to reach the Burj Khalifah on time for our 9am reservation.
Yield or right-of-way are clearly not part of the vocabulary here.
