The sign was located on the opposite side of the 'killing fields' from where I simply walked by and spotted a human tooth on the ground. There were at least two other teeth that I was able to walk past and see on the ground. Indeed many human remains and clothing fragments are brought to the surface of the earth each year after the rainy season.
I did clear a few leaves and twigs away from around the tooth in order to take a clearer photograph.
