Besides losing our rooster neighbor for the past week to a sharp blade and boiling water…the two benefits were not having to be woken up by his call at 6 am each morning directly beside our window and the fact that he tasted fantastic! Holiday pilaf and fresh chicken cooked to perfection by our host's mother and delivered to us downstairs by his father. Thank you for your sacrifice, rooster.
