Cattle Car Memorial

A beautifully designed memorial to the method that was used to transport Jews from all over Europe to different extermination and/or concentration camps.  They were often left in these cramped, nearly windowless train cars for days, many perishing, until reaching the final destination.  They are called 'cattle' cars because that was the intended use, to transport cattle and animals.
