We read in the news today that the Israelis were 'politely' waiting for John Kerry to leave Israel before announcing another 1,400 settlement homes that they would make available in the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Not sure if these are examples, we saw them just after the Arab mini-bus pulled away from the border between the West Bank and Israel.
