A sudden rainstorm swept in while we were enjoying the free wi-fi in Gorky Park. We scrambled to preserve our three most precious items. First, my new iPod...I quickly stuffed it into my pocket and ran. Second, Jihye's new MacBook Pro, instantly covered under her coat and sprinted under cover. And finally, and FAR MORE IMPORTANT at the time, our smuggled bottle of red wine that we were drinking in the park. Grasped and cuddled and carried gently into safety to be finished while we waited for the rains to stop. After a couple cups, we didn't care if the rains stopped or not...or even if we got rained on. Thank you France.
