People here have no problems getting up close and personal with them, saw several people just reach down and grab them, pick them up, and even throw them like footballs into the air. Never did manage to get a photo of 'pigeon man' who sat against the wall on the other end of Victory Square with pigeons perched all over and around him all day long every day we were here.
