Skipping the Looooong Funicular Line

Running a little late to catch the changing of the guard ceremony at noon and the line to the funicular isn't moving at all.  Despite the clear 'Do not Enter' sign, we found a staircase and made our way up before a single person seemed to have ridden the funicular up.  Suckers.
