Located nearly directly under the Council Tower, in what apparently is a converted cellar or dungeon. We had goulash, grilled chicken wings, rice w/ mushrooms, Vlad (dracula) vodka, and plum wine. Great meal, pretty decent liquor...well done, Romania.
