Tuna Under Lock and Key in Serbia

Apparently some things are valued differently here.  Canned tuna, tuna pate, and canned sardines are kept in cases that are electronically sealed.  Whereas in Korea, the shelves are lined with thousands of cans.  Eye of the beholder, I guess.
