This unbelievable clock has a semi-sphere with all of the world represented (or course Russia, and Moscow in particular, are towering over the rest). It circles a full 360 degrees, and amazingly rotates according to the real time. The base is divided into 24 sections, each an hour of time. We were there long enough to see it ever so slightly turn and be accurate according to our modern devices. Remarkable precision.
