Moscow City Duma

This building fascinated me.  Seemed so powerfully Soviet.  It is the Moscow City Duma, essentially a city council made up of 35 members who can only be over-ruled by the Mayor and federal government. (It is the building on the right, was impossible to get a full shot of it from directly across the street)
