Homemade Bosnian Dinner


Alem, our host, is a genius.  A self-made chef and 18 month vegetarian, he rushed out with us before the match to buy potatoes and other ingredients and left us in the small mart to race home and prepare this meal.  At halftime, he presented us with BY FAR the most delicious meal we ate in Bosnia and Herzegovina.  A potato concoction, oven-cooked and topped with a thick yogurt....damn, why doesn't every meal taste like this.  Hats off, Alem!!!
