Alms for the Poor???

Parked out front of the Church of the Carmelites is this unique looking vehicle.  Upon closer inspection the 'owner' had left the passenger window open a crack and is using the charitable mood brought about by being in a place of worship to solicit for 'charitable donations' to renovate his/her car.  Then they have the gall to affix a 'NO PHOTO' sign on the front bumper.  Uh yeah, it's your world, buddy...  Good luck with the car.
