Not definite, but this seems to be a memorial built at the beginning of the rail line where tens of thousands of mostly Jews (and some various others) were loaded onto windowless cattle cars from the Warsaw Ghetto and sent towards differing locations, be they concentration camps, extermination camps, Siberia or otherwise. The more we see, the heavier our hearts become.
