18th Century Wooden Whatchimacallit

Cannot remember the name of this, but it is always the first thing yours eyes are drawn to upon entering the Orthodox Churches.  This one was over 300 years old, before the Russian Orthodoxy brought all the golden bling to them.  We prefer this simpler age.
