Perhaps the highlight of the whole two hour private tour. After we interpret the explanations and understand this is a four century old religious document printed on lambskin leather that took over 400 lambs to produce, Eva just suddenly starts unscrewing the case cover and points at us to do the same. We were able to touch the pages, flip through a couple, and inhale the aged leather. Might seem fairly pointless to many, but when you consider the importance of such a document, and the rarity of an opportunity to be so up close and personal with one, this was a really special moment for us. And yes, if you are wondering, it smells like leather.
