Golden Gate at Sunrise

As mentioned, it turns out we are not only staying in the Diocletian Palace in Split, but our apartment is actually INSIDE of the Golden Gate, the main gate the Roman Emperor would have used to enter the palace in the 4th. century.  Wow!!
