War Damage on Our Street

While the conflict in this area ceased in 1995-96, there are buildings like this that have clearly not see much renovation if anything at all.  Trees are growing in bombed out former apartments and plaster still dangles from the ceiling.  Then again, looks like somebody moved into the third floor, so who really knows.
