What we have seen today will remain seared into our memories for the rest of our lives. And that is as it should be, to never forget, and remain vigilant to never let it happen again.
(It is unfortunate, to feel and type those words with all sincerity, and then return home to read stories in the paper of the tragic events in Syria, among other places. At what point will mankind ever learn...)
