Clearly the tourist trap of tourist traps in Krakow, the horse drawn carriages. Lined up 15 deep waiting for those willing to drop $30 to just circle the market square, $50 to get down to the castle and Wawel Hill, or even up to $100 to make it all the way down to Kazimierz District (historic Jewish quarter). Kind of ridiculous in my opinion...and besides that, it makes walking a bit of an adventure around the Old Town. Every day we saw people diving out of the path of two horses clip-clopping along the cobblestones.
(also a decent video here showing the square and just how many pigeons there are in market square. When they first start flying at about the 1:00 mark of the video, I swear it looks like the opening sequence of a Batman film)
