Wonderful experience in our first European cheese shop. We found this one in a Swedish-style market up the hill near our apartment in Tallinn, Estonia. A female clerk led around to each section of shelves, scraping off samples of blue cheeses, herbal cheeses, goat milk cheeses, aged cheese, standard dairy cow cheeses, also some varieties of balsamic vinegar. We bought three varieties of cheese, and a cranberry balsamic vinegar that has followed along with us to Latvia and beyond. So delicious!
