This is the remaining half of our Russian visas we were issued at the immigration office in Vladivostok, Russia when we got off of the Stena Daea ferry. Interestingly in Russia, you must keep this second half until you exit the country. Trying to leave without it can lead to difficulties, delays, fines, or more. Luckily we kept ours safe and easily passed through immigration at the Russian border with Estonia at the city of Ivangorod.
