Saw this woman walking down the middle of a street in St. Petersburg, Russia. Dressed..umm..mostly dressed...err...kind of dressed...uhh...not sure if she remembered to dress or not..to kill. Seriously..fashion here is a no-holds-barred event. I hope this trend stays in Russia.
